  • The School of Business Coaches is an author's 3-module program that is aimed at developing all the necessary competencies of a business coach. At the end of each module, a certificate of advanced training and an ABM certificate are issued. At the end of the entire course, participants receive a diploma of professional retraining.

The program of the School of Business Coaches was created on the basis of many years of experience, it contains both time-tested tools and the most modern technologies for conducting trainings, facilitation sessions and coaching, many of which are unique. Each training is self-sufficient and complements the others. The program can be completed in any order.

Duration: 3 days from 10 am to 6 pm.

Purpose: to introduce facilitation tools for making group decisions, involving employees, using human resources, developing and implementing the necessary changes. The training is 30% theory and 70% practice. During the training, topical topics for the participants are analyzed with the help of facilitation tools.

  2. The ability to involve employees in the processes of problem analysis and decision making, development of innovations, project management, implementation of changes.

Duration: 3 days from 10 am to 6 pm.

Purpose: development of communicative competence and emotional intelligence to achieve goals in working with people. Coaching tools serve the development of people and are integrated with other tools used for this purpose. The training is 30% theory and 70% practice. During the training, participants master coaching tools from personal experience, set goals, and form a plan for their development. Learning to help others will help each other become more effective. After training in the "budding" format, they develop their skills in coaching to introduce changes in each other's behavior and achieve their goals.
