Result: Participants master the technology of creating a common terminological field

Business game: "Solving a problem situation".
Outcome: Participants master the technology of problem analysis  to make a management decision.

Business game: "Risk calculation".
Outcome: Participants master the technology of calculating risks to make a comprehensively informed decision.

 forming the structure of tasks and adjusting the organizational structure aimed at achieving the goals

  • wording requirements
  • composition of the functional areas of responsibility of the unit:
    — functional tasks
    — projects
    — key performance indicators (KPI)
  • KPI - definition, necessity, requirements
  • KPI as a target management tool

Business game: Determination of functional areas of responsibility (including functional tasks and KPIs)
Result:      The participants of the training master the technique of determining the FZO and KPI.

  • types of tasks and definition of resources to delegate (delegation zones)
  • Eisenhower matrix and current priorities
  • group roles and the Belbin test
  • rules for setting and accepting tasks

Business game: Determine resources to delegate.
Result: Identification of tasks to be delegated and release of temporary resources.

Business game: Setting a task for a subordinate.

Result: Training participants master the delegation technique.

The process of ensuring that an organization actually achieves its objectives (setting standards, measuring progress, comparing progress against expected results)
