Coming into contact with the Renaissance and comprehending the mindset of an outstanding creator of science and art, we will see how Leonardo's mindset can serve us today, contributing to the development of business.

- In order to create something unique, the manager's mind must be creative and critical.
- Leonardo da Vinci embodied those qualities that represent the essence of human potential. We are talking about seven principles of success, seven ways to unlock personal potential and creative thinking.
- Curiosity, relentless curiosity, constant search for something new.
- Checking knowledge based on experience and willingness to learn from your mistakes.
- The process of "refreshing" all the senses and sensations.
- Awareness and acceptance of the pervasive ambiguity, uncertainty, and paradox.
- Balancing science and art, logic and intuition, using the possibilities of both hemispheres of the brain.
- The relationship between a new way of thinking and physical condition.
- Development of systemic thinking, awareness of the deep relationship between various things and phenomena.
