- Evaluation of the influence of the interviewer's personality on the result of the interview based on the DISC&Motivators typology
- Express diagnostics of the candidate's psychotype, his motives based on the DISC&Motivators typology
Training tools:
Mini-lectures, training video analysis, practical tasks, role-playing games with video analysis, work in mini-groups, feedback.
Based on the results of training, a certificate of advanced training of the established sample is issued.

3. Personal preparation of the interviewer
- What is DISC&Motivators-theory
- Possible Ways to Quickly Determine DISC Style: Verbal and Non-Verbal
- Candidate Motivation
