What are polarities?
Polarities are chronic sore issues that cannot be avoided, resolved, or destroyed. Trying to deal with them like normal problems only makes things worse. Problems need to be analyzed and solved (result-oriented). To manage polarities, it is necessary to build a business process that improves business efficiency (process orientation).
70% of contradictions in business are not problems that can be solved once and for all, but polarities between which you need to be able to balance without going to extremes. Polarity management is a process of company development.

- Mastering the technology of working with corporate polarities.
