Training duration: 8 hours

Goals and objectives of the training:

-​ formation among the participants of a single conceptual apparatus on the topics: "Ethics and deontology", the role of medical workers in the treatment process, Burnout Syndrome, protection of patients' rights

-​ Improving the skills of understanding attitudes and stereotypes of patients

-​ Improving the communication skills of medical workers among themselves and relationships with patients

-​ improving the skills to recognize and prevent Burnout Syndrome

The training is divided into 2 parts in two days:

​ 1 part - 4 hours (one day),

​ Part 2 – 4 hours (second day).

On the 2nd part, it is possible to conduct a video recording of the learning process for a more complete feedback and the opportunity for participants to look at themselves.

Participants are employees of medical departments.

Before the training it is possible to conduct a survey of participants regarding their wishes for the training.

At the end of the training a report of the trainer in a pre-agreed form is provided within 5 days.

At the end of the training, each participant of the training is issued a certificate of the established form signed by the trainer.

Forms and methods of teaching: theoretical part in the form of lecture material and interactive discussion, work in small groups, exercises, group coaching sessions, it is possible to work individually with one of the participants as a demonstration of techniques , role-playing games, video recording with subsequent analysis, it is possible to use questionnaires for diagnosing a symptom of emotional burnout

-The development of these concepts, the transformation of values ​​over time.

-Weaknesses and dangers for a medical worker.

2.​ Basic attitudes and stereotypes of patients, attitudes towards illness, medicine and medical staff.

3.​ Conditions conducive to optimal psychological contact between a medical worker and a patient.

-The role of the doctor, treatment and drugs in overcoming the conflict inherent in the disease, depending on the psychological prerequisites for the development of disease states in patients.

4.​ Burnout Syndrome:

-​ Definition of SEB

-​ Internal and external factors contributing to the emergence of CMEA

-​ CMEA stages

-​ MSE symptoms

-​ Professional development crises

-​ Personal features of successful doctors

-​ Styles of interpersonal relationships with colleagues and patients

-​ Personality and professional environment

-​ Pathological and healthy psychological defense mechanisms

-​ Strategies for the prevention and correction of EBS

5.​ Protection of the rights of patients (medical secrecy, measures of responsibility of a medical worker for the life and health of the patient).

6.​ Relationship between medical workers.

-Typology of personality, interaction with colleagues and managers in accordance with personality types.
