Types of coaching:

1. Life coaching is individual work with a person, which is focused on achieving balance in all areas of life (improving the quality of life, personal growth, health, relationships, creative self-realization).

If you are not satisfied with the way your life is being built, what takes time, there is no satisfaction, fullness, clarity and energy, then it is useful to take a course of life coaching.

In the first session, together with the coach, you will determine where you want to get in the process of working together and at what speed. Then, within six months, once every two weeks, you will be able to move towards your goals to find harmony and balance in all areas of life, developing the skills and abilities necessary for a new quality of life.

  1. Business coaching (professional coaching) - work with individual managers and teams as a whole in the context of the company and business. It is aimed at organizing the search for the most effective ways to achieve the goals of this unit (company) and their implementation by the employees (subordinates) themselves.

Professional coaching is an ongoing collaboration that helps clients achieve real results in their professional lives. Through the coaching process, clients deepen their knowledge and increase their professional effectiveness.

At each meeting, the client chooses a subject, and the coach listens and provides input through observation and questions. This interaction clarifies the situation and encourages the client to act. Coaching accelerates the client's self-improvement process by giving them more choices. Coaching focuses on where the client is at the moment and what he is ready to do to get to where he wants to be tomorrow. In addition, the coach personally teaches a person those technologies and tools that he lacks to solve business problems.

Provides structured information in a simple and accessible way for self-study and further discussion with specific examples.

Duration: 5-10 sessions of 1-1.5 hours.

4.Career coaching - helps a person decide on long-term career plans - at least for 1 year, and optimally for 5-10 years.

  • Before the start of the session, a person undergoes a comprehensive test to identify talents, motivators, determine the role in the team, and key competencies.
    Time: 45 minutes.

    Based on the results of a comprehensive diagnosis and a personal conversation, together with the coach, he draws up an individual development plan.
    Results: understanding your strengths and weaknesses that can and should be developed, as well as identifying “blind spots” (everyone sees, but the person does not see, these sides are not developed, but the person, together with the coach, can make a plan how to compensate for them).

    Time: 1.5 hours

    After the first session, you will be able to decide on the need to continue personal work with a coach on career building, effective communications, overcoming internal barriers, and assistance in achieving specific goals.

Dominant

The dominant is a psychophysiological mechanism, which is a stable focus of increased excitability of the nerve centers, in which excitations coming to the center serve to increase excitation in the focus, while in the rest of the nervous system, inhibition phenomena are widely observed.

The dominant is capable of transforming into any individual mental content; its mechanism represents the general property of the entire central nervous system.

There is a difference between higher and lower dominants. The lower dominants are physiological in nature, the higher ones, which arise in the cerebral cortex, form the physiological basis of the act of attention and objective thinking, it determines the direction of human perception.

Dominant Properties
1) Increased excitability, i.e. sensitivity to arousal.
2) Stability over time.
3) Inhibition of other foci of excitation.
4) The use of "foreign" excitation from other foci to enhance one's own.

At the first stage, under a joint, possibly very complex, interaction of internal secretion factors and external stimuli, its appearance occurs. The newly formed dominant needs to be consolidated and developed, for which it is necessary to attract a variety of external stimuli, including promotional events.

At the second stage, according to the teachings of I.P. Pavlova, the formation of a conditioned reflex occurs, i.e. out of the entire set of active external stimuli, the dominant "chooses" only those of them that excite it.

At the third stage, a strong connection is established between the dominant and external stimuli. The entire external environment is, as it were, subdivided into separate objects, but only some of them (by far not all!) The formed dominant reacts.
